Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You are a patient at Rouen University Hospital's kidney transplant center and on the national transplant waiting list
- You have antibodies against HLA (a type of protein on cells), including at least one specific type called anti-HLA2
- You have had a previous transplant, a pregnancy, or no known immune-triggering events
- Your doctor has calculated your incompatible graft rate (IGR) and it fits into one of three groups: high (85% or more), medium (50% to 85%), or low (less than 50%)
- You are not taking rituximab (a drug that depletes B cells) or undergoing a special desensitization treatment with plasmapheresis or rituximab
