Who can take part

  • You have an aggressive type of uterine cancer (high-grade endometrioid, serous, mixed, or uterine carcinosarcoma) that has returned after treatment and you've already tried platinum-based chemotherapy or couldn't tolerate it.
  • You've had only 1 or 2 previous cancer treatments (like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy).
  • Your cancer shows up on scans (CT or MRI) and can be measured.
  • You are generally active and able to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidneys, liver) are adequate based on tests within the last 2 weeks.
  • You are not pregnant, agree to use effective contraception, and have no major health conditions that could interfere with the trial.
