Advanced Solid Tumors With MTAP Gene Deletion

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called MTAP deletion (your doctor can check this)
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen and measured on a scan
  • You are able to take care of yourself and are out of bed more than half the day (ECOG 0-1)
  • You have not had major surgery or certain cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks
  • You are willing to use birth control (if applicable) and follow study procedures
