Exercise capacity and outlook in cardiac amyloidosis

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You need a confirmed diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis (from an MRI or heart scan).
  • You must be able to do an exercise test on a bike or treadmill.
  • You must not have severe lung disease that makes exercise difficult.
  • You must not have chest pain during exercise that could be dangerous.
  • You must not have other health problems that would keep you from safely exercising.
