Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old and have a definite MS diagnosis.
  • You have had pain (at least 3 on a 0-10 scale) for at least 3 months.
  • No MS attacks in the last 3 months.
  • You have a tablet or computer with internet for video calls, and a smartphone that can connect to a heart rate monitor via Bluetooth.
  • Your pain medications have not changed in the last 2 months, and you are not on any extra treatments beyond your routine care.
  • You can read and understand Turkish.
