Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You have a definite MS diagnosis (using 2024 criteria)
  • You have not had a relapse in the last 3 months
  • Your EDSS score is 6.0 or less (you can walk with or without assistance)
  • You have had nerve-related pain in your legs for at least 3 months or it comes and goes
  • You do not have other conditions causing pain, major spasticity, or hearing/vision/cognitive problems
