- You are a first-generation Korean American living in the target area
- You are 60 years old or older
- You have a communication partner (someone age 18+ who lives with you or you talk with at least once a week)
- You have hearing loss in your better ear (a hearing test will confirm)
- You do not currently use a hearing aid
- You are not planning to move away in the next 6 months and are not in hospice or active treatment for a terminal illness
