  • You have a benign (non-cancerous) anal or rectal condition like chronic anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or fistula-in-ano.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You have no history of urological problems (such as prostate issues, bladder surgery, or urinary catheter) or pelvic radiotherapy.
  • You do not have severe cognitive impairment.
