Who can take part
- Age 20 to 50 years old
- No injury needing medical attention for at least 6 months
- Able to speak Dutch, French, or English
- Fit into one of four groups: highly trained runner (≥150 km/month for 3 months), moderately-trained runner (40–150 km/month for 6 months), novice runner (≤10 km/week for 12 months), or non-athlete (<75 min/week exercise and no structured running for 5 years)
- No surgeries on your legs in the past 6 months
- No medical conditions, medications, or sports that could affect balance tests (like tennis or soccer more than 2 hours per week)
