Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You need to be currently in treatment for an eating disorder.
  • Your BMI must be 15 or higher (not underweight to a dangerous level).
  • You cannot have osteoporosis (severe bone thinning).
  • You cannot have psychosis, active suicidal thoughts, or recent self-harm behaviors.
