  • Age 60 or older.
  • You have moderate-to-severe or severe aortic regurgitation that is causing symptoms or showing signs of heart stress (like low heart pumping ability or enlarged heart).
  • Your heart team has confirmed your valve is shaped well for this catheter-based procedure.
  • You are willing and able to come back for follow-up visits over time.
  • You do not have other severe heart valve problems, kidney failure, or allergies to required blood thinners or contrast dye.
