Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are having laser eye surgery (called trans PRK) on both eyes to correct nearsightedness, using a specific laser type.
  • You are willing to attend all follow-up visits.
  • You do not have any allergy to ingredients in the study eye drops.
  • You have not had any previous eye laser surgery.
  • Your nearsightedness is less than -8.00 diopters (a measure of prescription strength), and the difference between your two eyes is less than 2.00 diopters.
