  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • Your doctor plans to treat you with a checkpoint inhibitor by itself (not with chemo).
  • You have never had a checkpoint inhibitor before.
  • You are able to give blood samples.
  • You are 18 or older and physically active enough for daily tasks.
