- Age 18 or older
- Advanced non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma or squamous type) confirmed by biopsy
- Good overall health (able to care for yourself with minimal help)
- Your tumor's PD-L1 level has been tested
- Tumor that can be measured on imaging scans
- Tumor tissue available for the study to examine
