Who can take part
- You are a woman who recently had a planned C-section under spinal anesthesia (not emergency).
- You are between 18 and 35 years old.
- You have a postpartum headache that your doctor rates as at least a 4 on a 0–10 pain scale and scores 2 or higher on the Lybecker headache scale.
- You do not have high blood pressure caused by pregnancy (preeclampsia).
- You do not have asthma or a history of asthma, migraines, or trigeminal neuralgia (a nerve pain condition).
- You did not have heavy bleeding after delivery or need general anesthesia or a failed spinal block.
