  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You are at least 37 weeks pregnant.
  • You are scheduled for a planned (not emergency) cesarean delivery.
  • You do not have severe anxiety, anemia, or high blood pressure conditions.
  • You have no history of chronic headaches, eye diseases, or nerve damage.
