Who can take part
- Your cancer is in the stomach or esophagus and has an ARID1a gene change (found by a blood or tumor test).
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body (non-metastatic) and is either locally advanced or cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have not had any previous treatment for this cancer (like chemotherapy or radiation).
- Your tumor is MSI-stable or pMMR (a type of tumor that does not have high mutation levels).
- You are 18 years or older and weigh more than 66 pounds.
- You are able and willing to have a biopsy (tissue sample) taken from your tumor.
