Who can take part
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have not received any prior treatment for this advanced cancer.
- If you had chemo before surgery or after surgery, it must have been finished at least 6 months ago.
- Your cancer has a low PD-L1 score (CPS less than 1).
- You are in good overall health (ECOG 0 or 1) and have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You do not have HER2-positive cancer or certain other serious medical conditions.
