Who can take part
- You are a first-time mother (never given birth before).
- You are 18 to 45 years old.
- You are at least 37 weeks pregnant and up to 42 weeks.
- You have a single, healthy pregnancy without major complications.
- You have no current mental health condition or psychiatric diagnosis.
- You gave birth at Tarsus State Hospital Maternity Department and stayed for at least 12 hours after delivery.
- You can speak, read, and understand Turkish.
