  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You had a healthy pregnancy with one baby (no twins)
  • You are currently in the hospital's maternity ward within the first day after birth
  • You live with your baby at home
  • You can read and understand Turkish, and can use WhatsApp or similar mobile messaging
