  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You are in your first pregnancy, between 28 and 32 weeks
  • You are carrying a single baby (not twins or more)
  • You have no chronic health problems or pregnancy complications
  • You have no current mental health condition and are not taking psychiatric medications
  • You plan to give birth vaginally and have not taken other childbirth classes
