Studying urges before tics during habit reversal training

  • You are between 8 and 17 years old.
  • You have at least 3 motor or vocal tics (like blinking, shrugging, or sounds).
  • You feel a strong urge or warning feeling before each main tic.
  • You have not had more than 2 sessions of habit reversal training or CBIT before.
  • You do not have other conditions like ADHD, OCD, or anxiety that are not well managed.
