Who can take part
- You must have primary open-angle glaucoma, normal-tension glaucoma, or ocular hypertension (or be a healthy control with normal eye tests)
- You must meet the study’s specific eye-pressure and eye-test results (including visual field results)
- If you have glaucoma: your eye nerve (optic disc) and visual field test must fit their “glaucoma” pattern; if healthy: you must not show glaucomatous damage
- You must not be a smoker or have alcohol misuse
- No major recent eye problems or procedures: no eye surgery in the last 6 months and no eye infection/inflammation in the last 3 months
