This trial tests a new treatment using specially engineered immune cells from cord blood to target and kill cancer cells in the brain or spine. It is for people whose central nervous system lymphoma has not responded to or has returned after previous treatments.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have a type of lymphoma called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that is in the brain or spine, not elsewhere in the body.
- Your lymphoma must express a protein called CD19 on at least 20% of cells.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be seen on an MRI or CT scan and is at least 1 cm across.
- You must have tried at least one prior treatment that included methotrexate or cytarabine and it did not work or the cancer returned within 6 months.
- You must be well enough to have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
