Who can take part
- Be 50 years or older
- Have an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) that is 6.9 cm or smaller
- Be scheduled for elective (non-emergency) AAA repair at the Halifax Infirmary Hospital between January 2025 and December 2025
- Be able to exercise safely without major heart or blood pressure problems
- Have a support person who can be with you during exercise sessions
- Be able to understand and agree to the study procedures
