Who can take part

  • You must have a type of prostate cancer that started in the prostate gland (called adenocarcinoma).
  • Your cancer must have come back in only a few spots, specifically in lymph nodes around your belly (para-aortic area) or near your hip (common iliac area).
  • You can have up to 10 lymph nodes with cancer in those areas, as shown on a PSMA PET scan.
  • You should be fairly active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2).
  • You must not have had radiation therapy to the para-aortic or common iliac area before.
