This trial tests whether targeted radiation to the lymph nodes in the belly can help men whose prostate cancer has returned in just a few spots after prior radiation. You must have had a PSMA PET/CT scan showing the cancer is limited to pelvic or belly lymph nodes.

Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer that has come back in a few spots (5 or fewer) only in the lymph nodes in your belly or pelvis.
  • You have had a PSMA PET/CT scan that shows the cancer is only in these lymph nodes, and each spot is smaller than 5 cm.
  • You have had radiation therapy to the prostate area before, and your cancer responded to it.
  • You have not had hormone therapy or chemotherapy in the last 3 months, and your cancer is still hormone-sensitive.
  • You are generally in good health (able to take care of yourself), and you are willing to fill out quality-of-life forms.
