Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma (a rare cancer of the adrenal gland).
  • Your cancer is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery, and you have not yet received standard first-line treatment.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You are in generally good health (able to perform daily activities without help).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor (visible on scans).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within acceptable ranges (confirmed by tests).
  • You are willing to use effective contraception (if applicable) during the study and for several months after.
  • You do not have a history of other cancer within the past 5 years (except some cured skin or thyroid cancers).
  • You have not had certain prior treatments (immunotherapy, TKI drugs, or other experimental drugs) in the recent past.
  • You do not have active infections, autoimmune diseases, or uncontrolled health conditions like high blood pressure or heart problems.
