Anlotinib plus immunotherapy for advanced pheochromocytoma

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma that has spread or come back, and you are not able or do not want standard chemotherapy or radioactive therapy.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your overall health and organ function (blood counts, liver, kidneys, clotting) must be adequate.
  • You cannot have had certain previous treatments (such as anlotinib, PD-1/PD-L1 drugs, or other targeted anti-angiogenic drugs).
  • You must not have serious heart conditions, active infections, or other major illnesses that would make the trial unsafe.
