Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are about to start a systemic cancer treatment (like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) at a participating hospital
  • You can provide urine, blood, and a cheek swab twice during the study
  • You are expected to complete at least 3 months of treatment
  • You do not have hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV
  • You can understand English well enough to give informed consent
