Who can take part

  • You are 18–50 years old
  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or multiples)
  • You became pregnant while breastfeeding a previous child
  • You receive care at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital or Esenyurt Necmi Kadıoğlu State Hospital
  • You can provide blood sugar test results (fasting glucose, HbA1c, and a 75-gram glucose tolerance test)
  • You can complete routine ultrasounds measuring baby's size and amniotic fluid
