- You are 18–50 years old
- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or multiples)
- You became pregnant while breastfeeding a previous child
- You receive care at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital or Esenyurt Necmi Kadıoğlu State Hospital
- You can provide blood sugar test results (fasting glucose, HbA1c, and a 75-gram glucose tolerance test)
- You can complete routine ultrasounds measuring baby's size and amniotic fluid
