Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 50 years old
- You speak English or Spanish
- You have high blood pressure related to pregnancy (diagnosed between 8 and 26 weeks) or chronic high blood pressure (diagnosed before 26 weeks)
- You are pregnant with one or more babies
- You receive care at UMass Memorial Health Obstetrics or Maternal-Fetal Medicine clinics in Worcester, MA
- You are willing to share your home blood pressure readings and are comfortable using a smartphone and apps
