- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have been prescribed methadone at 10 mg or more for at least one week
- You have taken methadone as prescribed every day for the last 4 days
- You do not have certain medical conditions like skin issues, anemia, kidney failure, liver disease, cancer, or depression with suicidal thoughts
- You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
- You are not currently in a substance use disorder treatment program or under conservatorship
