  • You are 22 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with opioid use disorder (OUD).
  • You are eligible to start or already taking methadone or buprenorphine for treatment.
  • You do not have a full sleeve tattoo covering your wrist.
  • You can use a smartwatch app on your own and understand English instructions.
