Study of QLG1080 for hormone-sensitive advanced prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer through a biopsy or tissue sample.
  • Your cancer has spread or is advanced, and you are able to receive hormone therapy for at least 6 months.
  • Your testosterone level is 150 ng/dL or higher at the screening visit.
  • You are able to carry out daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not been treated with hormone therapy for prostate cancer before, or if you have, it stopped working (meaning your cancer is not hormone-resistant).
  • You do not have brain metastases seen on your most recent scans.
