- You are male and at least 18 years old
- You have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) confirmed by biopsy—meaning cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone-blocking drugs
- You have tried standard prostate cancer treatments and either they didn't work or you couldn't tolerate their side effects
- Your overall health and organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, lungs) are adequate for the study
- You are able to care for yourself with minimal help (ECOG score 0–1), with life expectancy of at least 3 months
- You have recovered from side effects of any prior cancer treatments
