Who can take part

  • You are a male, age 18 or older
  • You have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC)—prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body and is no longer responding to hormone therapy
  • Your cancer has progressed despite prior treatment with newer hormone therapies
  • You are in good enough health to tolerate the treatment (ECOG performance status 0 or 1, meaning you can care for yourself with little to no help)
  • You have adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, lungs work well enough)
  • You have not previously received certain cancer therapies, including B7-H3 targeted therapy or topoisomerase I inhibitor-based drugs
