Who can take part

  • You must have a newly diagnosed Ewing sarcoma (or a similar type) that is high-risk because it has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your tumor must have a protein called GD2 on its surface, confirmed by a central lab.
  • You must be at least 12 months old.
  • You need to have started your first round of standard chemotherapy and have had at least 14 days since your last dose.
  • You must have adequate organ function, including bone marrow, liver, heart, and kidneys.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use effective birth control if applicable.
