Who can take part
- You are between 8 and 40 years old.
- You have Ewing's sarcoma that has been confirmed with a genetic test (FISH or NGS).
- Your cancer got worse or came back within 6 months after standard chemotherapy (doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, and/or ifosfamide).
- You have not been treated with irinotecan before.
- Your organs (like blood, liver, kidneys) are working well enough, and you are not in poor health.
