Comparing two chemo combos for advanced Ewing's sarcoma

Ewing's Sarcoma

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial compares two different chemo combinations for Ewing's sarcoma that has not responded to first-line treatment. One group gets a special liposomal form of irinotecan plus temozolomide and vincristine; the other gets standard irinotecan with the same two drugs. The goal is to see which is safer and more effective.
