  • You are about to start or have just started (within 2 weeks) a GLP-1 medication like Wegovy, Ozempic, or similar
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have not taken a GLP-1 or similar drug in the past
  • You do not have a diagnosed cognitive or physical disability, dyslexia, or epilepsy
