Who can take part

  • You agree to the study and sign consent/permission forms
  • You are over age 18 and have prostate cancer (with allowed neuroendocrine features, but not pure small-cell cancer)
  • Your cancer is advanced (metastatic castration-resistant) while your testosterone is kept low with hormone therapy
  • Your tumor or blood test shows specific DNA repair gene changes (RAD51B, RAD51C, RAD51D, or RAD54L) or a matching inherited gene variant
  • You’ve already had at least one prior hormone-therapy drug like abiraterone or enzalutamide (or similar)
  • Your blood counts and organ function are strong enough for study treatment (recent lab tests within 28 days)
