Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 35 years old.
- You have high nearsightedness (more than -6 diopters).
- The depth of your eye's front chamber is 2.85 mm or more.
- You have at least 2000 healthy corneal cells per square millimeter.
- Your glasses or contact lens prescription has been stable (within 0.5 diopters) for at least one year.
- You are not pregnant or nursing, and have no past or current eye or body diseases, surgery, or injuries that affect the eye.
