Who can take part
- Men aged 18 to 80 years old
- Confirmed prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body at first diagnosis
- Good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can do daily activities without help)
- Able to safely undergo general anesthesia and the freezing procedure
- No other cancer in the last 5 years (except non-melanoma skin cancer)
- Prostate must be less than 55 ml after 6 months of hormone therapy
