This study uses a special stress heart MRI to measure blood flow and find blockages in the arteries that supply your heart. It is for people with chest pain or abnormal EKG results who have risk factors for heart disease, to help doctors diagnose and treat coronary artery disease more accurately.

Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 85 years old.
- You have chest pain or an abnormal EKG suggesting possible heart artery blockages.
- You have at least one risk factor for coronary artery disease (e.g., age, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, family history, smoking, etc.).
- You have not had a heart attack in the last 30 days.
- You do not have certain serious heart conditions (like severe valve disease, weak heart muscle, thickened heart muscle, or constrictive pericarditis).
- You are not pregnant and do not have a metal device that could be unsafe for MRI.
