- You have a type of PTCL that has come back or not responded to at least one prior treatment.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (lymph node at least 1.5 cm or other site at least 1 cm).
- You are in fairly good general health (able to do daily activities with some help if needed).
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, heart) are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not had certain treatments (like chemo, radiation, or stem cell transplant) in the past 3-6 weeks.
