Who can take part

  • You have advanced bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
  • You have already tried platinum-based chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor), and it no longer works.
  • You are at least 18 years old and expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not received certain prior treatments like specific antibody-drug conjugates or both paclitaxel and docetaxel.
