Who can take part
- Be 18 to 75 years old, and expected to live at least 3 months
- Have advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer (urinary system cancer) or another confirmed solid tumor after standard treatment failed/intolerable or isn’t available
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot (not the prostate) that can be tracked on scans
- Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and any side effects from prior treatment must be mild (≤ grade 1)
- Blood, heart, and organ tests must be acceptable (including heart pumping function with ejection fraction ≥50%)
- Can provide tumor tissue from within the last 3 years (or, if not, you may still qualify after the research doctor reviews your case)
