  • You have been referred to the 'Prepare for Your Surgery' program.
  • You are considered frail (by a frailty scale or your surgeon's judgment).
  • Your surgery is scheduled at least 4 weeks from now.
  • Your surgery is elective (not an emergency).
  • Your surgery will take place at Hospital Clínico Red de Salud UC-Christus.
