Prehabilitation for frail patients before hip or knee replacement
Part of Bones, joints & muscles clinical trials.
This study tests whether a 'prehabilitation' program (tailored exercise and nutrition support before surgery) helps older patients who are frail recover better after hip or knee replacement. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the prehabilitation group or the usual care group.
