This trial tests a new score (HAR Score) to help emergency dispatchers better prioritize people calling for chest pain. If you call the emergency number (15) from specific regions in France with chest pain that is not caused by an injury, you may be able to participate.

- You call emergency services (Centre 15) from the departments 49, 72 or 37
- You have chest pain that is not caused by an injury (even if chest pain is not your main reason for calling)
- You understand French well
- You are covered by social security
